Jelqing for Girth? Do “This” Simple Measurement Exercise First

Q: How do I do the jelq for girth? Are all male enhancement exercises the same? If not… jelqing for a wider penis, a different set of exercises, than jelqing for length?

A. There are many different types of jelqing techniques, but the good news, they all do roughly the same thing. (hint – increase your penis size over time, which is the point!) Some grips are better for toughing the tissue in a width wise fashion, while others are better for increasing verticality, or length. There are also different tension and torque techniques that can help you grow a wider, thicker and more baseball bat penis width and shaft, and these can be done simply by changing up how you grip and rip, while safely practicing the jelq.

So here is what you do:

Get the supplies you need: a string, a marker, and a tape measure or ruler.
Do whatever you need to do to work up to a full erection.
Choose a point along your penis to measure your girth, and use the same point every time. The best choice is to go with the widest point along the middle of the shaft. This is typically the mid-shaft point used in study measurements.
Wrap the string around your shaft at that point.
Mark the string with your marker where it meets.
Measure the string using the ruler or tape measure to get your circumference in centimeters.
