The most important issue, when it comes to erectile dysfunction and relationships, is communication. Many women, for example, will blame themselves for sexual dysfunction, thinking that they aren’t attractive enough, or aren’t “doing it right” or simply aren’t attractive enough to excite their partners. (when quite often, the truth is the exact opposite)
So the first thing to do, is to start talking about it, and stop hiding your feelings. (most partners WILL feel much, much better….knowing that whatever the issue is, it’s NOT them 🙂
